Park District Roof Replacement
Project Details: Godley Park District Community Center high slope metal roof system experienced leaking and deterioration with portions of the wood roof deck failing. The roofing system and roof deck needed to be replaced due to water infiltration.
The scope of the project called for removal of all existing metal roof materials on the building, removal of existing underlayment, removal of roof accessories, and required flashings. Installation of the new system included replacing of selective roof deck, installation of a new standing seam metal roof system, and accessories.

About the Client: The Godley Park District was established in 1982 to provide parks and recreational services to the Godley community. The park district’s administrative and recreational offices are located at the Godley Park District K-Mine Park in the Community Center, 500 S. Kankakee Street in Godley, IL.
