Project Details: Creating a clinic within a retail location involved constructing a medical facility within an existing 765 square foot space within a retail location. Careful planning ensured the efficient use of space while integrating the functional requirements of a medical facility that merge seamlessly within the retail space. This project specifically focuses on the interior build-out and entails creating various essential areas such as a waiting area, reception space, restroom, two examination rooms, laboratory space, storage facilities, IT infrastructure, circulation space, and a break room.
