Immediate Care Facility Build-Out
Project Details: Riverside Medical Center desired to build out approximately 6,500 square feet of existing shell space. The project provided six new examination rooms and two new procedure rooms located around a centralized nursing station and registration desk. New ADA compliant restrooms were provided along with ancillary waiting room, entry vestibule, laboratory with restroom pass-through window and other spaces. Exterior renovations provided new curb work, asphalt paving, installation of new dumpster enclosures, and improvements to the drive lane and landscaping around the rear of the building due to new traffic patterns. An exterior roof canopy was installed to provide weather protected entry into the new building.
